1. Return Eligibility

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and any certificates (if applicable).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and order details at jewelstore479@gmail.com.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
